This is the first international seminar in China to discuss the domestic and international governance regime of the critical Internet resources, particularly the Internet domain names. The Seminar will review the reform and openness of the Chinese domain name system, discuss the opportunities and challenges in the global domain name system against the background of opening up the top-level domains, and explore how to build a new Internet governance structure in light of internationalization, multi-stakeholder, transparency and pro-development.<\/p>\n
