Recently, <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_4\" onclick=\"BLOG_clickHandler(this)\">Skype<\/span>, though its local partner Tom.com, began quietly offering Internet Telephony services to those registrants who may pay by international credit cards.
