ADNDRC provides comprehensive online dispute resolution services for resolving domain name disputes including those arising out of gTLDs, new gTLDs and certain ccTLDs. It has been a dispute resolution service provider accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) since 2002 and provides services under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Based on two decades of experience, the ADNDRC Pratice Development Workshop on April 26-27, 2022 aimed to provide best practice guidelines, tips on addressing procedural issues and the latest case updates relating to complex domain name dispute resolution decisions. It was an opportunity for the ADNDRC’s panelist to engage with the ADNDRC team.
As one of the founding ADNDRC Panelist since 2002, Prof. Xue was invited to join the Workshop and discussed the various practical issues with the colleagues from Asia, Pacific, Europe, North America and Latin America. Prof. Xue especially addressed the uniqueness of the CNDRP in the framework of domain name dispute resolution system.

2022年4月25日,意大利博洛尼亚大学法学院吉教授、博洛尼亚科学院院士赛拉.费洛克尼(Giusella Finocchiaro)女士受我校法学院薛虹教授的邀请,任我校法学院全球发展战略合作伙伴项目外国专家网络讲座第四讲的主讲人,讲座题目是《欧洲数据法的规范发展》(“European Regulation on Digital Law”)。
Prof. Giusella Finocchiaro is a Full Professor of Internet Law and Private Law at the University of Bologna, and member of the Academy of Science of the Bologna Institute – Class of Moral Sciences. She is also a former member of the Scientific Committee of the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of Bologna. She is the founder of the Finocchiaro Law Firm (Bologna – Milan). Since 2014 she has been the Chairperson of the UNCITRAL Working Group on Electronic Commerce. She is the Italian correspondent for several EU Commission projects. She is a past member of the ENISA (European Network and Information Security Agency) “Permanent Stakeholders Group” (2008-2012), of the ENISA “Working Group on Privacy and Technology” and of the Scientific Committee of the European Privacy Institute. She was invited to give to an expert lecture to the high-level officials of the China National People’s Congress in 2014.
More than 20 students of LLM in Chinese Law and other graduate students in the BNU Law School joined the lecture and interacted with the Professors. The Lecture was well received by the audience.
